Kri5pydubz runs kri5pydubz.com and the DUBZ Tekken League, and is responsible for the data you give us here (the “data controller” under UK GDPR). Contact: krispydubz@gmail.com.

League sign-ups

What the sign-up form collects.

The league sign-up runs on a Google Form. It typically collects your name or gamertag, your email address, and your platform and region, plus your team details.

Why: to run the league, check you meet the entry rules, set up matches, and contact you about fixtures, results and prizes. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the league you asked to join.

How long: we delete sign-up details within 6 months after the league ends. Google stores the form responses for us under Google’s privacy policy.

We don’t sell your data or use it for marketing.

Analytics

No cookies. No tracking you.

We count visits with GoatCounter. It’s cookieless and doesn’t track you personally or across sites. We only see totals like page views.

Shop

The shop is run by Fourthwall.

The Kri5pydubz shop is run by Fourthwall. It handles orders, payments and delivery under its own policies: the Fourthwall privacy policy and Fourthwall terms of service.

Your rights

Ask, fix, delete.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email krispydubz@gmail.com and we’ll reply within one month.
